Great hotel with not so...

Liked: Room was very clean. Hotel itself was very clean. Location was convenient. Staff was excellent. Restaurant on site was very good.
Disliked: The breakfast was so so. If you're not an IHG member you will need to pay $15/couple ahead of time or $10/person that morning. Either way, the breakfast wasn't worth either amount. Have had a better breakfast at other hotels i.e. Hampton Inn without the extra charge.

Liked: Unfortunately the day we were set to check in for a ball game weekend, I got a call stating the Queen suite we booked was out of commission due to a leaking shower. Because we were a big family, a standard Queen room would not work. They allowed us to still get the Queen suite and tacked on the adjoining standard Queen room with a working shower which was awesome. Also for the inconvenience they gave us breakfast vouchers for our stay and a credit to use in restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even tho we were rained out of all games the weekend!!
