Disappointing

Liked: Location is right across from the bay
Disliked: We were in the 10th floor you can still hear the noise on the ground level as if you were staying on a lower level also the pillows were super flat and very uncomfortable will not be staying here again.

Liked: The view is outstanding, ocean view and comfortable. The room was very clean and nice.
Disliked: The Elevators in the garage were out of order. I am a disabled veteran and this was a real setback to move around. The exit gate did not work all the time. WE had to call front desk to get assistance. Others were also have difficulty. The water was shut off for over 6 hours making our stay less than desirable. I will be getting with my credit card company to take the charges off and not pay for this disastrous stay.

Liked: We took our grandkids to the pool Friday night and a on two separate occasions a kid that was around 10 thought it would be funny to pull my 7 year and 5 year granddaughters under with him without asking or them seeing until they were under. My 7 year old granddaughter can swim great, but I was next to my 5 year old granddaughter when he looked at her laughed and pulled her under. I told that kid off. Took granddaughters back to parents. At 2:30am drunks are in hall opening wrong doors, laughing and being so loud. Slamming their door multiple times. Will never stay here again.

Liked: The location was great. I was the only good thing about the property.
Disliked: The pool was horrible, not completely filled not clean when you get in it. It feels like it’s gonna fall through the floor since it’s so uneven the water was a foggy blue. The breakfast was horrible, stale uncovered. That was a waste of money. The room look like he hasn’t been cleaned at all no pressure in the restroom. The tub wasn’t draining requested to switch room, which wasn’t any better but mainly because the original room we had saw some cockroaches, which was very nasty and made it uncomfortable to just sleep there at all, even in other room. I requested a refund because I was gonna leave, but they said I have to deal with the app. I booked the room through since it’s third-party. Pics of cockroaches killed on the TV stand.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was clean. Beautiful view.

Liked: The location is great. The staff was very friendly, professional and compassionate.
Disliked: The hotel needs some major upgrades and work. The water was shut off for hours on a busy Saturday morning. The elevators were dangerous. They would close on you very fast! The bathroom in our room did not have proper ventilation. The vent was broken. The door got stuck to the bathroom. The tub water did not drain properly. There were not enough electric outlets and the ones that we did have, not all worked. The doors to the balcony were locked and the glass was dirty. The beds were comfy but too high for short people to get on comfortably. The parking garage was over crowded, not compatible for large trucks. The pool water was cloudy and the sun lounge chairs were torn and tables rusted. The floor planks in the pool area moved. The garage elevator was out of order all through our stay and we had my elderly 78 mother inlaw that can't hardly walk without a walker and could not take stairs. It was a challenge finding accommodating parking for her.
