Enjoyed the stay. Will be...

Liked: Great location to downtown. Everyone was nice and accommodating.
Disliked: Had a window but could not see the waterfront due to the building next door blocking it.

Disappointing

Liked: When we first check in the day staff was so friendly and helpful but when we got to the room ac wasn't working I had to call the front desk several times and had to go down stairs several times until finally in the evening they came to fix it I just feel for what I spented on the room and parking I wouldn't have to have all that trouble for them to come to fix a simple thing

Liked: Walked in last minute. First Lady at the desk said they were full but my 2 booking apps said they weren't. Another lady, Ariel, took over. Not only did we get a room she made sure we got a view room on the 16th floor. The young man who checked us in when we returned was also really nice. Customer service is alive and well here! Great stay, great staff.

Liked: The partial ocean view from the window was the only good thing about the room
Disliked: balconies should not be advertised as or specify they are inaccessible BEFORE check in or booking, not after! Hotel room was completely outdated compared to lobby. staff knowingly checked me into a horrid room with broken shower, old outdated uncomfortable bedding and very small space. Hotel far too expensive for what is "offered" as some surrounding hotels in same location are beyond less costly with much better views, balconies, comfort, luxe and so much more. This hotel and staff made for a discouraging beach trip that was supposed to be a two night stay. Checking out early was my personal only option.
