Disliked: Elevators in garage didn't work. Room was terrible, bathroom was atrocious. Shower curtain rod not hung properly curtain couldn't close unless hooked on end of bar. Not enough outlets to plug in items.

Liked: Very dirty…windows hadn’t been cleaned in at least a year….edges of the floor were very dirty…outdated…smelled! This is ridiculous for $260 a night!
Disliked: Update and CLEAN IT

Liked: Location is right across from the bay
Disliked: We were in the 10th floor you can still hear the noise on the ground level as if you were staying on a lower level also the pillows were super flat and very uncomfortable will not be staying here again.

Liked: The view is outstanding, ocean view and comfortable. The room was very clean and nice.
Disliked: The Elevators in the garage were out of order. I am a disabled veteran and this was a real setback to move around. The exit gate did not work all the time. WE had to call front desk to get assistance. Others were also have difficulty. The water was shut off for over 6 hours making our stay less than desirable. I will be getting with my credit card company to take the charges off and not pay for this disastrous stay.
