Disliked: VERY GOOD CLEANING, BREAKFAST, COMFORT... BUT WHEN I ENTERED THE HOTEL, IT LOOKED LIKE A VERY LARGE WAREHOUSE, WITHOUT DECORATIONS, PLANTS, PAINTINGS... NOR IN THE HALLS AND OUTSIDE THE ELEVATORS... THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I WOULD NOT RETURN, THE HOTEL LOOKS SAD.

Disappointing and had a bad...

Disliked: The facility needs an upgrade, it looks very old and worn out. We entered through the side door and the floor was very dirty. The towels were on the cheap end.The coffee cups did not have matching lids. There was not cup holders for the coffee.Lack of accountability for a lost item that was left behind.
