Awesome place to stay

Liked: Everything was clean, and smelling good; the view from the rooftop restaurant was great
Disliked: During our 2 nights stay, the room was not serviced; however we had enough clean towels; I understood the breakfast was included, but it was not; breakfast buffet was delicious though

Disliked: The house keeping staff was unavailable when we were leaving for the day usually around 11-12. Three nights and we did not have housekeeping one time. I understand that it is a new hotel but cutting costs on amenities is not good for business. Also house keeping missed out on 30 dollars in tips. You don’t pay them a living wage to be able to have them lose money “on the pillow”. Nice hotel. Will stay here again but let’s dial in the “little things”. I want my trash removed and to come home to a properly made bed. Thomas g fellner
