Friendly staff and quiet location

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: There were a lot of minor issues I had with the room. The issues didn’t really affect me, but for the price I felt that the room wasn’t worth it. For example, the toilet made a constant noise, the outlet beside my bed didn’t work, and the WiFi was very slow and spotty. However, a major issue I had with my room was that the carpet was dirty. The staff did offer to move me to another room.

Liked: The reception desk worker was very professional and polite
Disliked: Hot! Our first room was over 80 degrees and the ac didn't work. They moved us to a room that never got below 76 degrees. Too hot for a good rest

Liked: Everything was comfortable and the staff was excellent.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was hard to get on and we didn't know we had to go to the front d al for a ticket for breakfast.

Liked: Very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, staff was extremely nice. Easy access to and from the hotel as it is right off the interstate and not in a crowded area. This was great as we were staying in Columbia but attending events in Jefferson City.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
