This place has the best customer service and the rooms are lovely and clean. Being on the 10th floor corner front was everything. I could look out the window and see a beautiful view of downtown.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Fabulous location! Beds were extremely comfortable. Great showers.
Disliked: I was charged $280 on my debit card. Not sure why. Made 4 calls to manager with no response. Front desk personal said they refunded the payment. Hopefully it will be back in my account tomorrow.

Liked: We came to Columbia to attend a play at Koger. Perfect location for a short walk to and from the theater.
Disliked: Front staff was a bit snippy, too crowded to use our breakfast voucher.
