This place has the best customer service and the rooms are lovely and clean. Being on the 10th floor corner front was everything. I could look out the window and see a beautiful view of downtown.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Quick comfy getaway

Liked: Great location near Main st. We could walk to Gervais and the Colonial Life Arena which was convenient.
Disliked: The hotel room was small for hotel standards in the area. Have stayed at other hotels in Downtown and they have more space.

Not what I expected!!!!!!!

Liked: The area it was located in
Disliked: This hotel needs to be renovated. There were holes in the wall. Carpet dirty. Mattress hard and the parking garage elevator was not working which lead to an unsafe environment. This hotel was not what I expected for the money I paid to stay there.
