Will not book again for...

Liked: Location was great just off the motorway
Disliked: The bathroom rust on the shower connection pealing off paint and water marks on the bathroom door.

Restaurant gave excellent service

Staff were poor to act...

Liked: Very clean. Nice food and pool was excellent
Disliked: Someone below us was playing loud music till 12am and when staff were told they said we’ve tried to ask them to turn it off. But there is nothing else they can do. So at 12.30 midnight me , my wife and 2 daughters had no choice but to pack our bags and leave. Leaving me no choice but to drive for 1 hour to get home tired. Also with a 10 and 11 year old. We won’t be visiting again. Unfortunately as we are regular guests At holiday inn in other areas

Disliked: The fact that the separate health suite isn't listed the jaccuzi is accessible for both sex but the sauna rooms are in separate changing rooms and this wasn't listed in listing as wanted to experience health suites together

Would definitely stay again, friendly...

Liked: The room was clean and the staff made everything easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and always plentiful.
Disliked: It was not value for money. A little on the expensive side for what it was . The walls were super thin, one room were extremely loud with music but it was sorted by the hotel promptly.
