Nice hotel but pricey

Liked: Room, swimming pool, bar n restaurant style and all staff welcoming
Disliked: Window could be sound proofed hearing traffic and trains Price could be lower for 1 night stay whatever time of year , Would of liked stay 2 nights but could not afford it , had to look cheaper option.

Liked: Lovely staff on reception
Disliked: Waited ages for waitress to clear main plates and bring dessertsShe brought us our main meals before one of us had finished startersHad to move room as key card didn't work which reception sorted with another room on first floor which was fine but hallway and our new room smelt of sewage from I presume pipes

Liked: The room was clean, the pools and other leisures was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing, staffs are friendly and approachable

Bedbugs/Rat/Cocroaches infestation.

Liked: The managers Ben and Jamie are brilliant workers on point with their Job
Disliked: Rat in the room and got bit in the bed on first night, was then moved from our down stairs room at 1am in the morning to an upstairs bedroom only to find cocroach on the 2nd night. Didn't like how it was dog welcoming as the cutlery after morning breakfast was left in the hallways until collected from the staff, they were not on time with doing this and therefor food left on trays in the hallway for 2 days in a row very very poorly maintained.
