Liked: The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The location was really good with a really nice gift shop on the premises with good quality clothing etc. It was in an excellent location and the beds were very comfy.
Disliked: They did not offer free breakfast and the food in the dining room was not inexpensive and the quality of the food was less than par. We were disappointed with the restaurant, we are big fans of Holiday Inn and this was not our usual experience with their dining.

Liked: Excellent. The coffee was super good. I was amazed at the quality of the fresh berries served at the buffet. Our servers were delightful.
Disliked: We did find it very hard to get our bearings and find our way to and from our room. It’s like a maze inside those halls. More directional signs might help.

Will Stay Again

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The A/C could have been a bit better.

GOOD CHOICE FOR TRAVELERS

Liked: Clean, efficient, super clean room, great staff (Laura & Lexi).
Disliked: Older building. Pool is too small for lap swimming but that’s typical of nearly every hotel.

Disliked: No breakfast! There should be free breakfast included in the cost.
