Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: They make you go to a separate area to “complete” check-in—trying to sell you a time share.There was broken glass in the dishwasher, even after coming to clean it, it was still there. The pools were always closed.

Liked: The resort grounds and landscaping is beautiful, one of the nicest time share resorts in Williamsburg that we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in most of them over the years. Pool areas were lovely, Town Square was lovely. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we’ll certainly be back.
Disliked: We are seniors and not interested in this point of our lives to get involved in time share ownership, which I thanked the lady at check in for the information, but told her we weren’t interested. I’m not one for high pressure sales tactics. The next morning we received another call trying to get us to sign up.

Disliked: Staff checking in were really slow. She had a long - Very long list of things to tell us about the resort and I had heard it the time she told it to the person in front of me. and then heard it again. seemed like a robot.
