Disliked: The room was too hot. The window did not open adequately to provide good ventilation. There was no air conditioning.

Liked: We liked our large family in the tower and they accommodated our group very well nicely.
Disliked: The spa jacuzzi in the main building has been broken for months!! It needs to be replaced immediately!! The lighting on the roads on the way into the Ridge is horrible!! There needs to be a lot more indication at the turns and a lot more visibility along the way!! It’s terrible!!

Not worth the price or...

Disliked: We booked a King Suite through Booking.com, with all taxes, resort fees, and charges already paid upfront. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a much smaller standard room. When we asked about the discrepancy, we were told we needed to pay an upgrade fee for the suite we had already reserved. Based on other guest reviews, this seems to be a recurring pattern at this property. After at least 30 minutes of discussion with the front desk and a supervisor, we were finally moved to the correct room.That room, surprisingly, had an unlocked door connecting to the neighboring unit, and the bed appeared used or not properly cleaned. After reporting this to the front desk, we were moved again.In the third room, we dealt with constant mechanical noise coming from the central air circulation system, which we were told runs continuously. On top of that, the king-size bed, although wide, was unusually short. We are both of average height and still had our feet hanging off the edge.Throughout our entire three-night stay, we did not receive any housekeeping service whatsoever.Our final straw came when we noticed a $250 hold on our credit card instead of the expected $115 security deposit. When we pointed out that this was a Booking.com reservation with all fees already included, the front desk acknowledged it was a mistake and said it would be refunded upon checkout. Combined with yet another confusing conversation about duplicate resort fees, we decided to cut our stay short and check out early.What was meant to be a peaceful getaway turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. Given everything, we wouldn’t consider staying here again — even if it were offered for free. The overall quality of service is reflected in the copy-paste replies left under most reviews here.
