Liked: Room layout was nice; Nice bathroom (except one sink did not have soap?!!!). Free parking in garage.
Disliked: The biggest flaw was no air conditioning! We were not aware of this when booking. And what nice resort that is open in the summer doesn’t have air conditioning? We walked into our room and it was over 80 degrees. The window could not be opened more than about 3 inches, so we couldn’t get the cooler air in our room at night or in the morning. Management brought us a swamp cooler, which helped a bit, but the heat was miserable. The other major negative was at check-in: rather than give us our room keys, registration sent us to a second desk. The first question the lady asked us was “do you like to travel?” Uh oh, I sense a sales pitch. So I immediately say “we don’t want a time share”. Well, she wouldn’t take no for an answer. She kept telling me why my reasons for not wanting a timeshare were wrong. She wanted us to go to the sales presentation. No! We do not want to go to a sales presentation! It really left a bad taste in our mouth on arrival. Then, we go to our building, and the key card she made us didn’t work to get from the garage. We had to go back and get new key cards. It felt like retaliation for not accepting the sales presentation. The ice machine in our building did not work and looked like it hadn’t worked for some time. We would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Liked: Everything was great! The room was very clean and nice. And the staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: No air conditioning, but the weather was nice so opening the windows in the rooms helped a lot.

Exceptional

Liked: Very beautiful views very clean room, spacious room, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room! Was very comfortable during our stay even with our large party.
Disliked: Everything was good until the last day we had called the front desk to ask if we can have a late check out they said yes we were able to in the morning. A lady came to our door very rude asking if we were leaving we responded yes and she said did you guys call the front desk? We responded yes and she just rolled her eyes and walked away as we were loading our car our keys expired and we got locked in the garage when we asked for an employee if he can, please open the door so we can continue loading our stuff. He said he wasn’t able to and walked away leaving us outside..
