Disliked: Felt unwelcomed when going to neighborhood pool. Felt singled out and like we weren't wanted there. Had to prove that we had passes when others didn't. Really felt disrespected.

A great short stay!!

Liked: The fact that the kitchen came stocked with pots and dinner ware was amazing. It helped with fixing dinner during the storm. The fact that the pool was literally just a two minute walk down the stairs was also great. Me and family are definitely coming back for a longer stay to take advantage of the other amenities. I do want to shout out Mary who worked on July 6 around 8am. I called to extra check out time to figure out a plan of action to leave in the storm and the hour that she gave was amazing, even though we left on time at 10am. And then I had to call back because my niece left her headphones in the room and we didn’t notice until we were down the strip. We left all room keys in the room as instructed but Mary had an extra key waiting for me to go back into the room and we did locate the headphones as well!!! Thank you so much Mary for doing that!!
Disliked: While we only stayed for a day, allowing for an earlier check in time would be great. As it takes us 2 hours to come from NC to SC and it would have been great to be able to check in earlier than 4pm, I did make the request but it seemed it came from an automated system rather a live person.

Disliked: The front desk said the room was ready, walked in and a huge ladder right when you walk in, paint cans , brooms, brushes. Someone had just taken a dump in the master bathroom. No apologies or anything.
