Liked: Very convient for local attractions, went to Arabian Hose Show, Talking Tree Casino and Arizona Coyotes hockey game at Mullet Arena.Enjoyed them all.
Disliked: One member of our party of three found the air conditioning a little noisy outside the smaller bedroom.Other than that served all our needs.

Liked: Kids loved the activity center, nice pools. The person at activity center was great.
Disliked: Would have liked occasional replenishment of coffee/sugar etc. wasn’t expecting in depth cleaning but occ mopping, straightening up would have been nice. We paid for a villa but honestly would probably pay half the price for Airbnb next time if I knew we wouldn’t be getting even what is half offered for staying in a hotel room. I did more laundry and cleaning on vacation than I’ve ever done.

Liked: Room as clean, good size, and parking was good.
Disliked: The staff was never on time in the morning. Sign says front desk open at 7am and yet every morning there was a group of guests waiting well after 7am for someone to come.... Every morning guests had to call security to open the fitness center. It says that it opens at 5am and never was.... We called and asked for another change of bedding. Instead of knocking on the door and letting us know it arrived, it placed outside our door, in the rain. I only noticed it when I opened the door to go and check and see if they forgot about my request....This lack of service will be the reason my family and I will not be back.

Comfortable, easy, nice.

Liked: The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was very convenient. Checkin and checkout were easy. I would stay here again in the future.
Disliked: The market advertised as a place to grab breakfast items happened to be unexpectadly closed the one morning I went. Not a big deal, but just plan to have own options if you like breakfast like me.

Liked: The villa was spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were soft and made for a very nice sleep.
Disliked: Booking.com advertised that breakfast was provided daily. This was one of the factors for booking this resort. Upon arriving at the resort it was identified that breakfast was not included. In fact, the restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday's. We spent $180 US dollars on breakfast during our stay for 3 people that was supposed to be included but disappointing it wasn't. I would have booked somewhere else had I known that.
