If you're on the first...

Disliked: The ceilings are so thin that if you are on the first floor instead of the second, people above you walking will sound like an echo chamber. We were woken up every night by people walking above us. Terrible!

Liked: Everything was close, clean, and accessible.
Disliked: The office location for check-in wasn't clear. When I called the office they hanged up on me. I ended up finding the place all by myself.
