Liked: Condo had everything you would need.
Disliked: Somewhat dated!

Enjoyed our family vacation!

Liked: Great overall experience - the pools were very well maintained and clean. Room was spacious and it was great to have the kitchen and patio. There are many activities at the resort so plenty to do without even leaving! Beds were very comfy and the A/C kept the room cool even when it was hot outside.
Disliked: We have been coming back for 3+ years and have always had a great time. This year, we noticed that the cafe prices were much higher for same quality of food and it is just not worth it even for the convenience. Our daughter loves the arcade and there are a lot of newer games, which is terrific. There are a lot fewer ways to earn tickets now or just a lot fewer in the past, which takes so fun out of playing. We also had a lot is small ants in both bathrooms.

Liked: Your property is very nice, even planning to sign up but your staff that day that we checked in were very rude and unprofessional…they were unhelpful. Another 2 elderly women were just as frustrated at the check in counter demanding to talk to the supervisor. That will be my first and last to go to a holiday inn property and definitely will not recommend it to my friends either. Thank you
