Liked: Beautiful, large two bedroom suite with full amenities. Very easy access to all activities in New Orleans.
Disliked: Nothing . However, in the Booking.com description of the two bedroom suite, it said it was 485 square feet. It actually was about a 1500 square-foot apartment.

Liked: The suite was very clean and comfortable. And in a great location!
Disliked: The water heater/furnace made a strange clicking sound periodically.

Disliked: Nothing offered for breakfast. 1 packet of coffee never refilled.

Liked: The property was amazing and that staff was excellent especially Miss Sue!!!
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like about the property is they do not clean your rooms while you are staying there.

Liked: The location was excellent to walk around and take any transportation for other places. The bed was comfy that you didn't want to get up. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare a meal or storage food in the fridge.

Convenient, Super Friendly Place to...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Mrs. Sue! Beds were comfortable. In general the facility was very clean including public washrooms, stairwell and workout room. After a week, we asked for a brighter room and Jessica made it happen for us! Appreciated access to filtered water in the lobby and access to laundry facility. Good location.
Disliked: Dark one bedroom suite for 1rst week of stay. No natural light. Suites could use a kettle and egg flipper.

Disliked: We were overbilled by booking .com we booked a king-size bed and we didn't receive it. In addition to this, we were traveling with another couple who received a superior room at a lower rate than booking .com. We only received a $27.00 credit we should have received $27.00 per night for our discomfort with the smaller bed. This difference in the cost and the rude customer service personnel ruined my birthday trip
