Great location, friendly staff, clean...

Liked: Staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable and had a great bar and a friendly helpful bartender! The location is great and walking distance to Bourbon and Canal and many other attractions and shopping.
Disliked: Valet parking is the best option and it can be a bit pricey depending on your budget, but valets were fast, helpful, and friendly!

Liked: Spacious, bed v comfortable including the sofa bed.All facilities good.Kitchen very convenient with all pans and cutlery. Nice bathroom.
Disliked: Since the hotel is not in the French quarter, it lacks the cute ambience. However, it is very conveniently situated for attending jazz festival and all the restaurants

Great Graduation stay with no...

Liked: The room was really clean. The noise level was none. Valet service was excellent and convenient. It was a really great location. Just blocks away from Canal and restaurants are literally right outside the front door. Best city experience yet. I really like this location. Everyone on the staff and passersby made my daughter feel so good! Congratulations abounded and she ate it up. Thank you.
Disliked: A few cons. Pool was not clean. No FULL LENGTH MIRRORS in suites. We are short and could only see from the shoulders up.Everybody was great. Valet service was more than excellent. I can't say enough about how well they did. Imagine not having to find parking in the French Quarter. I didn't mind paying for valet parking because the room rates were so affordable.

Good hotel, excellent location. Service...

Liked: The hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from Bourbon Street, and the two-bedroom suites are great, complete, suitable, and clean.
Disliked: The facilities are somewhat old, but overall the hotel is well-maintained. During our stay, we had issues with elevator number 3, where we were stuck for several minutes on the 9th floor without a prompt response from the hotel; in fact, we think they didn’t even realize we were trapped. We called emergency services from a button of the elevator (not sure if it was 911), managed to open the elevator door and went down the stairs. The worst part was the staff’s service during check-in; they obsessively kept us for a long time trying to sell us the Holiday Inn Vacation Club membership when we just wanted to enjoy New Orleans. In the end, we managed to escape, but it was a very uncomfortable moment, bordering on harassment! We recommend the hotel to those who want to be close to the French Quarter, but we urge the hotel to find other ways to promote their vacation club that don’t scare or inconvenience guests. Alternatively, they could consider only allowing club members to stay at the hotel.

Liked: The hotel/resort was great. The location was awesome, we were near Everything! Our room was very spacious and clean! The staff was Excellent, Especially Ms. Olivia and Ms. Sue, they were very sweet and informative.
Disliked: I didn't like that the hotel didn't serve breakfast But Ihop was across the street so that made up for it.
