great location for an event...

Liked: great location (right next to the sphere) and spacious rooms. friendly staff but not very informative. like that they use dove products for bathroom toiletries
Disliked: large property with several buildings. the room and building you get could make or break your stay. we were in building 19, room 309 where the amenities (pool and gym) were temporarily closed. this was not communicated to us at check-in. we were told the pool at the other buildings were open and we checked it out but it was very crowded so we ended up not using. i wish the rates reflected the unavailability of amenities but for the amount we paid, we were probably better off staying along the strip

Disliked: Poor communication with staffRoom wasn't cleaned for 3 days Insects walking on the floors Dirty floors No elevator for 3rd floor

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful! Always willing to assist with any questions I had.
Disliked: Honestly, nothing! It was amazing stay, villa was big. Close to a lot of activities.

Welcoming and friendly environment.

Liked: The Gold Mine restaurant was great they had really good food. They had lots of areas where guest could sit and enjoy. I love the fact that it is super close to the Sphere. All the staff was friendly and willing to help. Overall I would definitely come here and stay again! Already making plans to come back :)
