Disliked: Okay so of course I knew this was a resort not like a regular hotel. I booked the resort at full price I wasn’t on any time sharing or was I there to see about it. Once I checked in at the front desk I was told to go to another counter to get my door key activated once I got there & my key was activated I was ask would I like $150 cash or $300 to spend on the property I opted for the onsite money. When I asked what I needed to do she told me all I needed to do was go on a presentation about the property. I asked several times was that it she told me yes then told me that if I didn’t show up they would charge me $50. I wasn’t thinking that maybe they were trying to sell me time sharing. I went to the presentation the lady’s name was Samantha our person giving the tour. She went through the whole tour telling us about the property asking were we interested in time sharing my fiancé who came with me started getting upset & automatically told her we’re trying to get a house I’m not interested in signing up right now. He walks off once he walks off the manager who was supposed to close the deal I guess comes sits down & starts talking. Once they finally asked was I interested I asked could we think about it. We were told that we couldn’t leave it had to be a decision made right then. So we asked could we talk for a second they said yes asked how much time we needed. Long story short we told them we were not interested. Samantha & the manager goes off it was borderline abuse. My fiancé walked off to take a call. He had no idea that they were being aggressive trying to sell me the timeshare. They bad mouthed him so bad saying he wasn’t marriage material bc we declined how he could tell I wanted to sign up that I didn’t care about my kids bc I didn’t want the time share. The manager talked about my fiancé like a dog & proceeds to say I would say the same thing if he was sitting right here (which he didn’t).

Disliked: The rooms were old and dated, and if you left any bread or fruit on the counter, it was covered in bugs
