Holiday Inn Club Vacations Hill Country Resort By IHG

The rooms were wonderful. Only thing was we didn't stay long enough.

Liked: Everything was excellent.
Disliked: No bad points at all. The only thing I would change is not go through a 3rd party for reservations. Go thru IHG.

Disliked: I didn't get the King and Queen like I was supposed to get & no breakfast like this website advertised. Also, our room didn't look like the pictures y'all had. Overall very disappointed.

Disliked: The rooms were old, squeaky. There was nowhere to buy water, no vending machine, nothing nearby or open for 6.5 miles. The alarm clock woke us up at 6am and we didn’t set it, the TV didn’t work.

Liked: The customer service was awesome . William at front desk was awesome !!! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced

Liked: The property had various activities for the family to enjoy while on our stay.
Disliked: I didn’t like the room I was assigned. I understood it was a standard villa but I didn’t appreciate the room smell. It had a menthol smell. Also the water in the tub would not drain properly and the master bathroom tub had a loose wood panel. Saw a missing door handles in the bathroom. I was too exhausted to report it to the registration office from my drive.

Liked: Was on a stay cation while I was finishing the remodel of my home.Had some good down time.Staff was great Only down fall was trying to get ahold of my mom in the room. When I called the front desk they said that was impossible.So had to drive all the way back to check on her.
