Nice place, beautiful and historically...

Liked: The hotel was located in a quiet city, far from the crowds. It was beautiful and had many amenities. The hot springs were amazing and open from 7 am to 10 pm. The restaurant was also beautiful and the staff was very kind. We didn’t have to pay the $55 for the hot springs because we were staying in the hotel. Apparently, they charge for people from outside.
Disliked: There wasn’t a large, standing mirror in the room to see your entire body. All we had were bathroom mirrors. We were only given two pool towels (one per person), and you had to wash them yourself. If I’m traveling, I don’t want to spend time doing laundry, so that was a downside. The room didn’t have a safe to store any valuables. The TV setup was awkwardly positioned on the left side of the room, not in front of the bed. It was a strange position to watch TV. We also felt like there weren’t enough open surfaces to lay things on. We only had our nightstands and a coffee table, and there wasn’t an office table with a chair. The curtains didn’t block out the sunlight in the morning, making the room bright. My room neighbor had a kid who was constantly screaming and crying, which was annoying because I wanted to rest. The other neighbor had a dog that was barking all the time. My advice is to have rooms for families in a different building or not place them near other people with no kids. I love dogs and kids, but not waking me up during my vacation in a place I chose to relax. The checkout is too early, at 10 am. Most of the time the hot springs and swimming pool were full of kids jumping and making noise. If you need any water or snacks late night you can’t buy it, because the small snack place they have to buy it closes at 10pm and they have no vending machines working. There is one close to the regular swimming pool, I tried buying water in there but there was no drinks available. No water fountain accessible 24 hours.

Dated facility and room in...

Liked: The rooms are fairly spacious and the furniture seemed very new. The bed was commensurate with this level of hotel and comfortable enough. Parking was close and convenient.
Disliked: The facility is dated and in serious need of a deep clean. The carpet in the room was heavily stained and some areas of the bathroom, like around the faucet, had a ring of grime. On one of the days when the outside temperature reached 95F, the air conditioning couldn't keep up and the room was 80F at 10pm.

Disliked: Very small unit. Thought it was going to be larger. Didn’t like we could hear neighbors and they kept trying to open attached door. Also Sauna did not work, and restaurant was closed when we were there. Felt they pushed timeshare sales

Relaxing, clean facilities and nice...

Liked: Property was beautiful, has a wild life refuge onsite which I enjoyed the plant life and some small wildlife! The staff when I checked in were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are very nice but once someone moved in next door, it was a bit noisy.
