Disliked: Leaking ceiling in one of the bathrooms they really had no real concern over as after we made the call to the front desk they sent a staff over to fill our soap dispensers that staff member informed us the call came out to them as just to fill soap dispenser so whoever it was at reception that took our call failed to relay what exactly was happening and then when the correct staff came to the room nearly an hour later they said there wasn’t anything they could do because it was late and they didn’t want to have to wake up the people staying in the room above us and allowed it to continue to leak overnight, meanwhile we had to throw towels on the floor so we wouldn’t slip on the wet floor.
