Disappointed that construction litter was...

Liked: Festive feel with all of the holiday lights
Disliked: It was under construction and plywood and cardboard pieces in front of the elevators—making for a dangerous and filthy experience

Liked: No I was expecting more entertainment. Drove to Lake Geneva for shopping.
Disliked: Our internet was down. My telephone was inoperable.

Very clean and quiet.

Liked: The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. There was someone readily available when we needed assistance.
Disliked: We stayed in a villa kitchenette suite so the door entrance was affixed the bedroom. My opinion it should be off the kitchen/ sitting area.

Lovely

Liked: Everything was great. Would be nice have later check out. Also. I think booking .com needs be more specific with rooms I requested a fireplace suite somehow didn’t get that. But everyone and pls e was great
