Liked: The room was spacious and CLEAN, ample linens and bathroom supplies. Also staff were very friendly and helpful, in house restaurant was very nice.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: There was no one at the desk when I arrived. Only one person on duty at check in and I was told they went to the bathroom. The individual returned in about 5 min starting she just changed her clothes because of another event she needed to attend. Got on the phone to ask the individual when they were planning to show up because she had to leave so while checking me in. Although I reserved a double bed, non smoking room that included breakfast, the front desk person had a different room reserved (single bed) when they looked up my reservation in their system. I wasn't aware of this until I went up to the room I was initially assigned and saw it was a single room. I went back downstairs. Staff person made the correction. When I entered the room and noticed right away that bedding was wrinkled. Took pics. Went downstairs to ask the front desk staff about this. Front desk staff said they don't press their sheets/pillow cases. I and saw a food stain on draperies. Breakfast was not included in the online price although free breakfast was initially advertised as included with the room rate.

Not the normal standard
Liked: I would like to state that the manager did address my concerns and tried to correct what sje6could. She was very professional and helpful in trying to rectify my concerns.
Disliked: After checking in after midnight,I was very disappointed. The shuttle didnt run after 11pm. With the locat6and the advertising of a shuttle service,you would think it would be available to later arriving guest. I was told they were not an airport location so that's why the shuttle isn't available at certain times. This was also true leaving. I had a 6 am flight,the shuttle didnt start until 6am. Again,how is this a benefit for your guest. My room was nice but not clean. There were visable stains on the carpet,a green tooth pic was on the floor,ants in the bathroom. I would have asked for a different room but upon checkin,the other clerk had mention to another guess that they were fully booked and had no available rooms. The house keeping services were very poor. The same toothpick was on the floor of my room from wed to Saturday. Which stated, they never vaccum the room.! I had to request service on my last night there. The housekeeper barely did anything in the room. I had to catch her and ask she refill the coffee station,wipe it down and pick up the trash under the desk.Again, this was her job but it was more important being on her phone. The breakfast cold. Ordering lunch was better. The food was great but the order taker wasn't friendly at all. Actually,she seemed annoyed when you asked any questions. I think its ridiculous that they charge you a fee to deliver your food to your room. Especially when the fee is more than grub hub or doordash. I was there for training and they charged my Instructor $10 a day to use a extension cord. Everything had a price.. To top off the day,there was a passed out man on my floor as I went to get ice bec6the machine across my room was broken and no sign was posted.priceless
