Liked: It was clean and the room was spacious and very pleasant and well set up. The staff was pleasant and at each point, did a very good job at whatever task was required. They were efficient and effective.
Disliked: I would have wished for a mandatory mask wearing policy in the hotel.

Liked: The staff was very nice and the location was great
Disliked: We were there for multiple days because of my husbands hospitalization, so it seemed the cleaning crew deprioritized cleaning our room. We have a 4 month old so we had lots of diapers & delivery food boxes, but there were multiple days where our room just wasn’t cleaned or cleaned at the very end of the day as we were coming back from the hospital. Note: we never had the “do not disturb” or “greener room” door cards on our door.

Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. The furniture was old and worn out. The refrigerator did not keep the food cold. The window was so dirty it was hard the see the view.
