Liked: It was clean and the room was spacious and very pleasant and well set up. The staff was pleasant and at each point, did a very good job at whatever task was required. They were efficient and effective.
Disliked: I would have wished for a mandatory mask wearing policy in the hotel.

We slept well

Liked: Check in,the people that work there are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower in our room had hair in the floor of it and there was no shampoo in the dispenser.I inquired about the shampoo Sat morningand they brought us some. The breakfast was good but was overpriced and the container lids on the buffet would not stay open so you could get your food out. This breakfast should be priced at no more than 10.95. Most of your guests are staying with you because of some connection to the Cleveland Clinic. These people are most likely going tru a challenging time anyways. Help those guests out by making breakfast more affordable. Also dont play the music so loud over the intercom....not pleasent

A fine, if overpriced, place...

Liked: Aside from being a bit overpriced, this place would be fine based on location, comfort, and newness.
Disliked: Except for one incredibly stupid and inexcusable slip-up by the place’s clearly incompetent housekeeping staff. It was 11 PM, and I was very tired from a long day. I just wanted to shower and go to sleep. Not too much to ask from a hotel with these high rates. BUT THE DOOFUSES IN HOUSEKEEPING DIDN’T LEAVE ME A BATH TOWEL. Needless to say this must never happen in a good hotel. Never. So this place needs to get on housekeeping’s back and get them to get their act together.

Hotel review

Liked: Liked the walking distance from the Hospital to the Hotel. I also like the restaurant in the Hotel.
Disliked: I think it's a shame to charge such high prices for families that stay there because they are having testing or surgery to add to there expensive. It's a stressful time for the patient and the families. A better discount would help the situation. We have stayed 4 times for my daughter to have brain surgery. I was lucky enough to be able to stay in her hospital room to help with expensive. Thank you.
