Liked: All staff I interacted with (front desk and restaurant) were very friendly and conveyed excellent customer service.
Disliked: My room was not refreshed during my stay. Also, there was debris including a bottle cap behind the night stand and corner chair. The room itself was nice, but the cleanliness certainly did not meet my expectations. I would have given a total excellent rating for this facility if it wasn't for the room service/ cleanliness problem. The rest of the facility that I saw was nice.

Disliked: The room we were in was a little dated and some of the furniture and carpet was worn. I do know they are renovating so I understand. The outside of the fridge was dirty but nothing major.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Location is great despite being in the parking lot of a dying shopping mall.
Disliked: We found a dirty towel on the floor in the closet, and there were no linens for the pull-out bed. When I called the front desk to request fresh linens, I was cheerfully told they would be waiting for me at the front desk instead of sending a maid up with them. TV/cable system are old enough to not feature an on-demand program guide. It was actually fairly nostalgic to go to the TV guide channel and wait for the stations to scroll by. Carpet is very old. You can also tell the room used to be a smoking room back in the 1980s when it was built because it still stinks a little bit.
