Disliked: Where should I start. We had 2 nights, 1st was before our flight. Everything was OK. Return stay was horrible. Started with no one answering phones for airport pick up. Check in went smooth till we got to room and had not been cleaned. Got a new room which was ok till around 10pm and drilling in the room next to us Started. Called front desk ans they said ok. 1025pm drilling Started again, once again called front desk said they were working on air conditioner but the air was on outside wall not connecting wall. I then called the corporate office and explained to them what was going on and they attempted to contact hotel no answer and is now 1045pm. The whole time on phone drilling continued. Finally about 1110 it got quiet and then it started again. Friend went to the door and knocked and no one would answer so she headed to the desk and ran into a maintenance gentleman and he asked if she was ok and she said no and informed him of issue. He promised it would stop and it did. Wished it ended there. Went to bathroom in the morning and noticed there was red spots on the wall that was dried and it was dried blood. We checked out and complained about everything. I will say while writing this, the hotel did call me and apologized over and over again. Just if you use this hotel, please check everything.

Disliked: Upon entry staff did not advise there was no ac, did not give breakfast coupons and kept saying we didnt have any to later find out we did they then , stated they could not change the room and when. Checked wifh staff c stated they were unaware. And they whole building had ac problems

Disliked: The rooms have a weird distinctive smell between mold and garlic or curry. We stayed multiple times and rooms still smelled the same AC units can’t keep up.

Very disappointing. Rooms and facility...

Liked: Fair. Not many tables available as they needed to be cleaned.Food ok, but had to wait for replenishment.
Disliked: Tables weren’t cleaned and door was slow to be replenished.
