Nice accommodation. Stay was very nice. Good, clean rooms.

Liked: I liked being on the first floor
Disliked: Key pad had to be exchanged every time we went in and out of the room... I requested and selected a 2 queen beds or two double beds I didn't get it. I got one queen bed with a pull out couch, and it was horrible. I paid for breakfast and it was adequate and it wasn't made clear when I checked in that I would get breakfast, imagine how I felt like for when the waitress had to go to the desk and check on my room to see if I had paid for breakfast imagine sitting there like a dope wondering if I was gonna get breakfast or not which I expected

Disliked: The staff were rude. They tried coming into our room when we were in it, so it makes me wonder if they came into our room when we weren’t there. Air condition did not work!!

Disliked: Room was not clean. And ac was not good. I paid for better but it was like 1star hotel. Sorry.

Excellent staff, coffee and fountain.

Liked: The lobby and interior fountain is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Noah. Coffee service in lobby was excellent. Would stay again.
Disliked: The rooms and halls need updated. Looks like it was last updated early 2000’s and is a tad bit worn. The rooms didn’t have a USP port in the lamps, so I had to ply into the TV to charge my phone. The hot tub had been decommissioned instead of fixed. They need to spend some money on capital improvement. This could be a showplace.
