Disliked: My legs got bitten up probably by fleas. I didn’t see signs of bed bugs because I looked

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the soap and lotion in the bath was very nice
Disliked: The breakfast service was poor. The amount of food was very little

Not what we were expecting...

Liked: The lobby was very nice, with the fountain and snacks, the staff were also nice and respectful.
Disliked: The room was dusty, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed and the bed was hard as a rock. My neck and shoulders were sore the next morning and my husband couldn’t sleep in the bed the whole night, he had to try to curl up on the loveseat.

Disliked: We did not get the crib we requested we had to pay for breakfast and breakfast was confusing and unorganized the whole building was confusing and just unorganized

Disliked: Before booking they didn't inform about required security deposit but in check in they ask 50$ for security deposit.
