Liked: Location was great! Easy commute back and forth to/from Va Tech (straight shot); Good area for shopping and eateries; Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful; "Rupert" (-I think is the name) at front desk was genuinely nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: bathroom was a little outdated, but everything worked; Shower door arm was broken.

Liked: The location was very convenient to get to Va Tech and was able to walk to the mall next door for coffee and food. The rooms where ok, nothing great but clean. The staff was very helpful and did their best for us to have a nice stay.
Disliked: The property is old and needs an update. One elevator was broken and the other sounded like it would break any minute. The chairs in the breakfast/bar area where old and torn. We came as a group and got good prices, but I wouldn't want to spend more than $100 for this hotel.
