very clean, but didnt meet...

Liked: i liked that we could call down and you helped out with anything we needed & the kitchen downstairs helps for outside food.
Disliked: the front desk people were absolutely rude, looking at me & talking to me like a child like i didnt book a 400$ booking with them. Charging for parking 40$ for two nights, is very expensive, when we have to pay to park everywhere else in the city, thats why we go to a hotel. Charging an convenience fee of 50$ right away by the way that i wasn't expecting to pay so they should really let people know about that if they are going to charge everyone the same.
