Clean; quiet; close to fast food and gas stations; friendly staff. Room was perfect. Will stay again soon.

I checked in to Holiday Inn on New Years Eve and while I was waiting in line another customer was complaining (literally screaming). This is probably the busiest time of the year for hotels and the manager kept calm while addressing her problem. For the price I paid I was very impressed with Holiday Inn's customer service and the high quality of my room. I look forward to my next stay with your hotel, thank you!

Liked: The room was just okay. The common areas in the hotel was appealing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and jacuzzi area but pool was a bit cold.
Disliked: The mold in the shower was disappointing. The dry food on the side of the nightstand was gross. There was some mold in the shower and the carpet felt a bit damp. The sheets had been washed but they had visible stains from previous use. There also was some weird bugs flying around in the room. The tv’s need to be updated. There are no apps and just more so basic channels available.

Liked: We didn’t have a chance to use but the pool area looked nice.
Disliked: Our room was unavailable…we booked a double queen room and was called on our way there that our room wouldn’t be available and the best they could do was a king bed but no roll seats were available. Was a very “run down room” bathroom needs to be updated…toilet and floor was gross. The night staff was very unfriendly and rude that checked us in. Never did explain why we didn’t get the room we were supposed to have. Would not give us any price adjustment for the downgrade and inconvenience. Called and messaged next day after our stay, we left an eye mask accidentally and was hoping to get it shipped back to us but received no response.

Liked: It was only a few miles from my sister's house and the staff were nice.
Disliked: The room was awful--carpet dirty and had glass shards, couldn't turn off the air conditioning, dark and dingy, no hangers in closet, very loud all night, breakfast simply awful. Unfortunately, they could not move us to a different room because they were booked up for at least one wedding.
