Clean; quiet; close to fast food and gas stations; friendly staff. Room was perfect. Will stay again soon.

I checked in to Holiday Inn on New Years Eve and while I was waiting in line another customer was complaining (literally screaming). This is probably the busiest time of the year for hotels and the manager kept calm while addressing her problem. For the price I paid I was very impressed with Holiday Inn's customer service and the high quality of my room. I look forward to my next stay with your hotel, thank you!

Disliked: The last day of my stay I was awaken out of my sleep because of the fire alarm which lasted about 45 minutes. The lobby and pool area was super hot mind you it was a heat wave this weekend I feel like they should have been better prepared. The staff did not explain any of the amenities of the hotel I was simply given the key and told to pay deposit , I later had to call just to ask where the ie machine was smh. Room could have been cleaner the floors felt dirty the bathroom sink was clog and the toilet took a minute to flush.
