Liked: Facilities food cleanliness and staff wrre all great made a verry comfortable pleasant stay
Disliked: Apart from the leasure facility needing some general maintenance I couldn't falt it

Liked: Great location for us as near my son. Spacious rooms. Good gym
Disliked: Toilet didn’t work properly. Wardrobe door didn’t shut. Too big food portions in restaurant Decoration a bit tired and not all common areas cleaned satisfactorily.

Liked: Large room, very quiet, good night's sleep. Excellent breakfast: a wide range of choice.
Disliked: I defy anybody over the age of 65 (which includes me) to make sense of the Smart TV!

Pleasant
Liked: It was clean and warm, breakfast was lovely, breakfast staff attentive, liked jacuzzi, hallway carpets all quite new. Gardens tidy.
Disliked: Needs a bit of money spending on the place, door handle was faulty and kept locking us in, bathroom latch was broken, sink was cracked, pool was nice but rails were rusty. Didn't ruin our stay but could have been improved.

A convenient location which is...
Liked: I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful – especially the evening bar and restaurant staff. The food is excellent value and the breakfast was a highlight.
Disliked: I’m a keen swimmer and loved the swimming pool. However, the building that the pool is in does need some maintenance.
