Disliked: This should NOT be a "Holiday Inn". The carpet was dirty, stained, and disgusting, walls and doors were full of dents, scratches, and damaged. My room smelled musty, the room was small, and they wanted $30 more dollars for breakfast. With deposit, it cost me $318 out of pocket to stay at a sub par, and extremely disappointing hotel. We were there to celebrate her birthday, and instead we couldn't wait to leave. This Holiday Inn is across the street from a truckstop and ismext to a Burger King. How this hotel is a "Holiday Inn" charging $318 for one night in a dirty hotel with nothing else included is beyond me. NEVER AGAIN.

Liked: Check-in was friendly and fast, Night-manager was the total opposite!
Disliked: Check-in was friendly and fast, Nightshift was the total opposite. No solutions given as guest started laundry at 4 a.m. which was not allowed. Open Room direct opposite side of our room. Night manager denied solutions, got aggressive. we could not sleep anymore, night was over.Hotel manager listened to our topic next morning, wanted to refund 30 $ - even when it is a ridiculous amount - but miney still on its way?Another topic was pool experience. Went to their homepage, it STILL says: open at 6 a.m. Started swimming at 6.30, NO signs at entrance doors. Of course discussions again.They were so non-helpful, guests "rights" or good feelings are found outside this max 1*-hotel. Thanks for nearly nothing.
