It was exactly the right...

I lost sleep because I...

Liked: Convenient location, next to a delicious bakery
Disliked: Burned and melted furniture that still smelled like burning, in my room. No blankets or pillows for the pull-out sofa. I had to ask the desk folks and they got it from the closet and plopped a bunch of linens and blankets in my hands to bring it to my room myself. Broken heating system in the room.
