More Complaints than Compliments

Liked: The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast on site.
Disliked: Issue #1 - I signed up for an IHG account, and somehow the staff added someone else's name to the account with MY email address.Issue #2 - When I tried to get my account fixed, the front desk told me to call IHG. The IHG representative told me to email them. When I emailed them, I could not get the issue resolved. I had to (unfortunately) cancel my IHG account.Somehow, the IHG account I created belonged to the person whose name was erroneously added instead of the email account holder. Frustrating.Issue #3 - After we checked out of the hotel room, I received TWO separate calls from the hotel informing me that we failed to check out from the room NEXT DOOR to where we stayed. Apparently, my contact information was assigned to THAT person's room. What a mess.

Considering the amount we paid...

Liked: Location, Responsive staff, General cleanliness , Plenty of parking
Disliked: Sofa bed is really uncomfortable. A room sold for 4 occupants should have two twin beds or a good quality sofa bed.For whatever reason, they don’t keep extra roles if bathroom tissues. You have to call them to get a new roll.

Liked: Fantastic bedding set - matress was super comfortable and sheets were heavenly smooth and soft! Everything in hotel and the room smelled really good, Dove set in the bathroom was an added bonus!

Liked: Large, quiet rooms. Good WiFi.
Disliked: Very subpar level of cleanliness—the sheets on one bed were full of dog hair, and the sheets on the other bed had stains or hadn’t been washed. The whole room was dusty, and there was a strong mold smell in the shower.
