worst stay at a Holiday...

Liked: the location
Disliked: The elevator and hallways were filthy. No hot water for the entire stay. Loud rooms throughout the night and the staff couldn't get them to quiet down. Manager that would not return my messages after our stay. Thermostat did not work.

Liked: The room was clean and well taken care of. Everything in the room worked as it should.
Disliked: There was a shortage of available parking spaces.

Nice room layout, comfortable beds....

Liked: The room layout was nice, the bed was very comfortable, room was up to date.
Disliked: We were under the impression from your website that breakfast was included with our stay, especially for the price point. We decided to use the restaurant anyway, the wait was too long. We ended up leaving as several people were waiting to even order because there was only one waitress. Also, we had no hot water from Sat afternoon until we left.

It was good except for...

Liked: The place was clean a little dated but nice
Disliked: There were some people across the hall that started blaring music at 5 AM
