Liked: The cleaning staff were professional.
Disliked: There was a lot of confusion at the front desk with our charges. We were mislead to believe that they cancelled our Booking when they offered the less expensive conference rate. We appreciated the rate reduction, but it caused me major headaches when I returned home to see we were charge 122 per night for cancellation with Booking. Booking.com was very helpful in ensuring we were not charged this cancellation fee.

Earful, not worth the money...

Liked: I paid $300 for my double room and the room was dirty. I called and requested it be cleaned and a maintenance person came and gave it a once-over but room was still dirty. At check out I complained to front desk and they gave me $50 dollars off. That room wasn’t worth $100. Would not stay at this hotel again!
Disliked: Dirty room. And very expensive for the quality.

Liked: Relatively new hotel in outskirts of casper near highway, gas and market across the street, they were super accommodating about late checkout
