Disliked: Cheap pillows. No microwave in our room

Front desk unpleasant at check...

Liked: The waitress at the restaurant in the morning was very hospitable. I let her know I was eating my complimentary breakfast in my room and she prepared my drinks for my children and myself.
Disliked: I asked for blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa bed. Had to call 4 times to see where the blankets and pillows were. Next the front desk said it was delivered. Had to call again and waited a total of over an hour. The house keeper stated she had delivered it to a young boy when my children were not old enough to open the doors. When checking out the front desk wanted me to pay and additional 212$ after my “authorization payment” was taken out at the time of check out. The front desk was speaking to me as if I was illiterate.

Beautiful hotel and incredibly helpful...

Liked: The decor and rooms were absolutly beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and spa and all the outdoor amenitis, the shower and provided extras were really great.

Liked: Everything was spotless, and the room had plenty of space. The best part for my family was that the bathroom had sliding doors instead of a curtain. Breakfast was delicious, but the real highlight was the staff — they were exceptional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
