Liked: Generally perfectly satisfactory, with a wide range of services available and staff who were welcoming without being effusive.
Disliked: Provision of towels in the room - they removed them (although not on floor) and didn't replace - not a big problem but...Telephone to reception did not work - kept announcing 'vacant number'Duvets too thick for warm nights!

Liked: Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff in the evening attentive, breakfast staff very attentive and without asking remembered on the second day my vegan hot food requirements, all staff including house keepers very approachable and friendly.The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Good selection of food at breakfast
Disliked: The bedroom was looking a bit tired and outdated. The carpets had some frayed edges and the bedside cabinets were faded, there were no net / sheer curtains although there was a rail for these. The bath was deep and there wasn't rail to assist when stepping in and out.
