New renovation and Fabulous Staff...

Liked: We have been staying here on and off for the last two years. It just keeps getting better each visit, if that is possible. The staff was fabulous. They are bright, friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel has been recently renovated. The interior is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: We didn’t try their breakfast, so we cannot comment on it.

Nice and comfortable

Liked: This was cleaner and nicer than any other hotel we’ve stayed in while in Carbondale. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Just fine.

Liked: Location was fine. Check-in in was fast.
Disliked: Rooms are in worn down condition. Our room smelled like sewage. Ceiling is peeling.
