Disliked: Vey dirty and lacked cleanliness. Pool heater was broken! Coffee pot was very unsanitary! Floors were dirty and trash was in multiple places in our suite upon arrival. No blanket was supplied nor could be supplied for pull out couch, the front desk clerk did offer us a sheet. Very disappointed and over priced for the quality of the suite. Will not stay here again or recommend!

Liked: The property was nice and clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The front desk clerk at check in. Booked us in a double queen room instead of the king w walk in shower and did not bother to tell us. We did not know this until we went to the room. I booked the king with a walk in a shower because my boyfriend has a knee injury which makes it very difficult to get in and out of a regular shower. I went down and asked about it. The clerk said there was nothing he could do about it. He was very rude. I don’t understand, I booked a king room with walk in shower for a reason and received confirmation that it was available. If he had at least told me there was a change I might have felt differently but he did not. And I was charged for the king instead of the double queen. Told me he could do nothing for me because we booked through a third party. To say the least I we are very disappointed. And our room was upstairs all the way at the end of the hall which was uncomfortable for my boyfriend to walk to.

Very noisy and they all...

Liked: Location was good. Lobby was very nice. The desk workers were very nice and friendly.
Disliked: It was very noisy and boys running around everywhere. Some kind of football teams. They took over the pool no parents watching them. Running around rampant and no consideration for other children. My granddaughter is tiny and she couldn’t get in the pool because they were fighting with each other and jumping all over the place shoving each other in the pool. Then all the adults were outside hogged all the tables and chairs to one end and there was no where to sit outside. They were all drinking and not watching what all those boys were doing. Not all the boys were acting up a few were nice not many. The stay was very expensive for not being able to use all the felicities. It was so loud and noisy even in the halls, elevators, and you could hear them through the walls and vents. It wasn’t relaxing anywhere.
