nice hotel but facilities for...

Liked: room was ok, a bit dated and tired in places, Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast was tasty but no where near enough tables to accommodate the guests. Seems an ongoing problem, hence traffic light system which got it wrong all weekend.

I had a wonderful stay

Liked: I like the rooms ,the location and environment is unreal
Disliked: I have nothing to complain about

Very, very disappointing.

Liked: Booked it because it was in a good location, price and facilities.
Disliked: Firstly, no lift in the hotel. So you’re dragging your suitcases upstairs. Summer party going on across the road, that wasn’t due to finish until 11pm. That would have been fine. Air conditioning not working in our room (apparently a number of other rooms the same), it’s summer and can’t open windows because of loud music from across the road. Hotel fully booked because of party, graduation at the uni and air show in a nearby town. Had to find another hotel at 7:30pm, found something available at Newmarket.
