Overall, worth it. Free shuttle-saved cab fare to the airport.

Disliked: I had reached out weeks prior to our stay to ensure the pool that was under renovation would be open. They ensured me they would be in touch with their patrons if it was going to take longer than the expected time period. Well we did not get a message and it was nit ready. The whole place was under renovation with paint peeled off the walls etc. Our first room had black mold in the window, blood stains on the blanket and it took 5 min of running water before the water was running clean and not soapy on the shower floor ( my 2 year old was going to sit on the floor while showering and I did not want her sitting in there) there where hairs in the shower as well.There was also an old pizza crust on the floor beside our bed. Once we got moved into a different room the next day, it was cleaner. Both rooms had a very weird smell

Disliked: The Shower Could Use a Bit More Pressure but Suffices. Looking Forward to Both Elevators Working.

A simple task that became...

Liked: We booked a cot. We asked twice for the cot and were told it would be brought up. At 11:30 pm, we arrived to find a crib in our room. One more visit to the front desk. Finally, a cot arrived, but it only had a thin sheet. Then, we had to wait for a blanket to arrive . Never did see a pillow. The only thing that went smoothly was the $15 charge per night. This should not have been a difficult task. Poorly managed. We don't have much faith in how this hotel is run.
