Overall, worth it. Free shuttle-saved cab fare to the airport.

Family Visit.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant staff were so accommodating (we were traveling with littles), and the food was amazing! Gest services were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They are upgrading the elevators, which meant only one was in service, and it was slow and not reliable (It arrived on our floor, the door opened and then immediately closed). We ended up taking the stairs to and from the 4th floor most of our visit.

I enjoyed my stay, and...

Liked: Room service and food was excellent. Location is perfect for my work.
Disliked: I had trouble working the A/C, I don't think it was hooked up to the thermostat-I had to set it manually

It was good, by and...

Liked: Good location and the staff were excellent, especially the staff helping with breakfast.
Disliked: Only one elevator was working. A big disappointing for a hotel of that calibre.

Disappointing

Liked: Parking was simple an easy (although the hotel, as most hotels, didn't take any liability in case something happens to the car).
Disliked: Bad smell in the room. No way to ventilate room. Thermostat was not really working.
