Liked: Location and food, including service.
Disliked: We got a room for disabled people ( we didn't ask for it ) . The bed had too small a duvet(phoned reception and got another one ). In the morning, when I had a shower, the drain didn't work. The bathroom floor was flooded, and I slipped and fell. My husband went to reception ( explained what happened), and we got another room, much better. Luckily, nothing happened to me, but it would be nice if someone at least called and asked about me.

Liked: I liked the staff and their respect for the guests, and the services provided by the hotel.
Disliked: I would also like to mention the girl whose name is Paulina and the boy with the long hair (I don't know his name). They were always there and very helpful.
